CA Advice - introduction
From here you have access to a wide range of advice sources,
click on the top tool bar or on the links below for more
details
CA Help is an alphabetic list of
subject topic links, all of which open a new browser window
on that area of advice. Some 'help' is provided by CA.net,
but most is drawn from UK trading standards authorities' own
websites.
The CA Help page also lets you access a series of self-help
letters which you can download and use if you have a consumer
problem. They are in a text format for easy import into your
word processor.
Our faq list gives answers to a
range of frequently asked questions about trading standards
and consumer protection
Current Issues is a page where
you can find out what is happening in the news at the moment
in consumer affairs
TS Careers is a page giving
details of how to find a career within the trading standards
profession, along with details of people seeking employment
