Ownership of Content

By contributing content to the site or by submitting a complaint, or by posting to the messageboard, you grant XOdesign a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and licence to use, reproduce, publish, modify and any copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein and to incorporate it in other works in any form.
www.consumeradvice.net reserves the right to create databases, resulting from complaints submitted, in numerical/categorical form (i.e excluding your personal details). Such databases would not be used for commercial gain.

Warranties

The site is provided and maintained free of charge to you. XOdesign endeavours to maintain the site to the best of it's ability, but is not responsible for any losses or damages (direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or special) that may result from defects of any sort, whether relating to the law of contract, or tort, or otherwise.

Submitting complaints/Use of the TS Messageboard

You must ensure that any information and data provided by you, whether registering, submitting a complaint or participating in the 'TS Messageboard', is full, accurate and verifiable, and that it is not malicious, defamatory, illegal, vulgar, obscene, racially or ethnically objectionable, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable (as to which XOdesign's discretion is absolute).
XOdesign will endeavour to screen entries to the TS Messageboard in respect of such matters and reserves the right to remove from the site any information or data put on the TS Messageboard which it considers offends against those criteria or is inappropriate. By using it, you agree not to send unsolicited promotional material to the Messageboard.
Anything which is placed on the Messageboard by anyone other than XOdesign is not the responsibility of XOdesign, which makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, currency, content, originality or quality of such information, or as to whether the information may include unintended or objectionable content.
